This paper argues that there is a need to reconstruct new paradigm for poverty policy planning in Africa because Neo-liberalism, Ubuntu ethics and African Socialism as proposed paradigms Africa’s development are untenable. so the above trio sexist, androcentric oblivious structural injustices feminize Africa. The further even Western world, neo-liberal GDP metric has been challenged search alternative indicators on. In addition, fully fledged post-neo-liberalism movement Latin America de-growth post-growth social West against neo-liberalism its nebulous economic growth understanding of wellbeing. contends cannot afford remain aloof all these developments. There therefore develop Pan articulate an endogenous perspective development. thus advocates Dignified Humanness Paradigm (DHP) neo-liberalism, Socialism. also surmises actualization DHP requires immediate awakening Moral Consciousness since this will militate on decolonization mind from amoral economism.
